Abstract: Mindfulness meditation and the understanding of impermanence and interbeing offer a transformative approach to managing conflict, violence, and aggression. By enabling individuals to regulate their stress responses, fostering resilience, and aiding recovery from trauma, these practices empower individuals to navigate challenging situations with greater compassion, empathy, and emotional balance.
Simona Chesăraicu currently works as a psychologist and mindfulness teacher.
After working 18 years in multinational companies, mainly in the human resources field, Simona decided to move to private practice, and since 2017 she works as Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist in her private office. In the last six years, Simona added to her work a practice she found so precious for herself – mindfulness meditation. She is qualified to teach mindfulness-based interventions, programs like Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction – MBSR (Qualified MBSR Teacher by UMass Memorial Center for Mindfulness, USA) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy – MBCT Trained Teacher at Oxford Mindfulness Centre, UK.
Simona teaches mindfulness programs for public, psychologists and psychotherapist, facilitates mindfulness programs in the workplace for companies.
